The boss had a multi-chain superstore retail business which he took public and then sold a few years later. He started an investment business and a little while later Phantech Software which produced InfoRecall.

InfoRecall got made because the boss was looking for software which was easy to use and could store information that could be recalled very fast but he couldn't find anything he liked. He wanted the information he needed at his fingertips not in some filing cabinet or desk drawer where he had to look forever to find it. That's exactly what he was doing before and it just got to much for him.

So InfoRecall was born. That was back in 1994 and we have been selling it ever since. It is now in it's 9th iteration and is better than ever. The boss makes his money in investments so he is not dependent on InfoRecall to get rich. Which is nice because it allows us to make InfoRecall into something we really like.

He was encouraged by experts, consumer focus groups, competitive analysis, etc. to sell InfoRecall for no less than $300.00. The computer wizards that surround him here moaned and cried when I insisted on a lower price than that. To them, my selling InfoRecall for less than $300 is something like telling them their baby is ugly. So it's not $300. It's not $250. It's not even $200. We used to sell it for $149.95 but right now you can buy it for just US $59.95
